Are you struggling with making the same Turkey Day dishes year after year? The Brightspark team has the perfect solution. We recently came together to find new and old favorites that could easily join your repertoire.

Keep reading below for more cooking tips and treasured traditions this holiday season.

Mark A., our Director of Performance & Events Sales, loves Thanksgiving because his whole family can gather together for a traditional meal: "Lots of food for dinner, preceded by lots of appetizers, and followed by lots of desserts!"

Mary V., one of our dedicated Tour Associates, shared her favorite memory: "One tradition in my family is going to Michigan to my grandparents' house. After dinner, everyone would go outside and walk the country path and just talk. Sometimes, we would be out there for hours exploring nature and what it has to offer. My family still takes long walks after the big feast, even if we are in the city!"

Circe, our West Coast Business Development Manager, looks forward to "3 or 4 generations of women waking up at 4 a.m. to begin prepping for the day. Messy hair, jammies, lots of laughter and reminiscing. The Thanksgiving Day parade on in the background. We also make a farmer's casserole the night before and pop it in the oven in the morning when everyone else begins to wake up. Very simple and super yummy!"
