Experience and Enthusiasm

Brightspark Travel Tour Directors are certified experts on their given destinations and have backgrounds in either performance arts or education. In addition to undergoing background checks, Brightspark Travel requires Tour Directors to take intensive courses with organizations such as the International Tour Management Institute (ITMI). Fun yet professional, they imbue student travelers with an adventurous spirit and eagerness to learn.

Smooth Operator

A lot of work goes into creating fun and flawless student travel experiences, and our tour directors are prepared to work out any kinks that could possibly occur on tour. Having completed training in Brightspark Travel’s Emergency Response plan, they can react quickly to any situation that poses a safety risk to students. They are responsible for reconfirming reservations; making sure groups are on schedule; and maintaining an enthusiastic, engaging learning environment.
