The Philadelphia Thanksgiving Day Parade is the nation's oldest Thanksgiving parade, dating back to 1920. It announces the arrival of the holiday season with beautiful floats, marching bands, musical guests, dance teams and lots of holiday spirit. The parade broadcasts throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania on Channel 6 with Dave Roberts, Cecily Tynan and Kelly Ripa hosting. Other Channel 6 anchors and reporters will be located along the parade route. Include your school marching band in this time-honored tradition enjoyed by nearly two million local viewers.
